In aerial, you train mobility and balance while especially strengthening the deep core muscles, body control, and flexibility. Aerial has been shown to help relieve muscle tension in the back and shoulders, and support the treatment of back issues. The workout is safe and perfectly suitable for beginners, as each participant can progress at their own pace.
