Welcome to start practising asthanga yoga!

Asthanga yoga is an excellent way of increasing physical strength, finding your mental balance and calming your mind. This form of yoga is well known for its physical qualities, but its asanas – sometimes resebling circus tricks – are only part of the whole truth.

In Basics of asthanga yoga you will get all the essential information on how to practise safely and after the course you will be able to take part in our asthanga weekly classes.

Basics of asthanga yoga is for everyone who is interested in yoga. If you have had a pause in your practise, this course will remind you of the benefits of a regular yoga practise and encourage you to find the joy in yoga again. After the course you can take part in all the weekly asthanga classes available in our weekly calendar. A 2 week prepaid card is included in the course price and you can use it to book any class within the 2 week period following the course in our weekly timetable (worth 35€).

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 3 days before the beginning of the course. If the course is not canceled in time, the payment will be refunded only against a medical certificate. However, you can sell your seat or give it to a friend. The organizer is not liable to compensate any absenses.
