The exhibition “Kalevala and I – Echoes of the Epic” merges tradition with modernity and creates a bridge between Chinese and Finnish culture. Hong Liu-Sertti’s works draw inspiration from Chinese calligraphy, painting, and ancient myths, which are brought into new light through the stories of the Kalevala. The exhibition invites participants into a dialogue between different cultures, where traditional wisdom is safeguarded and timeless beauty is created.
