Swing and atmospheric harmonies fill the room when the barbershop and show choir Lady Shave takes the stage to celebrate their 40th anniversary in a wonderful concert in their hometown Porvoo.
The anniversary concert is a unique overview of the choir’s history and future. Lady Shave is known as a pioneer of barbershop music in Finland, and the celebration concert offers an unforgettable experience for all lovers of a capella singing.
During the evening, you will hear favorites from over the decades, new arrangements and performances prepared especially for this evening. Along with the current singers, members familiar from the choir’s early days will also be able to participate. The concert is full of both nostalgia and surprises.

Lady Shave Porvoo Chorus is a women’s barbershop choir founded in Porvoo in 1985, which is known for liveliness, a capella harmonies and surprises! The choir’s repertoire mainly consists of four-part music arranged in barbershop style.
