NEW YEAR IN PORVOO!

The New Year is welcomed at Kokonniemi Event Park with dance, music, and a pyro show.

Rappers Cledos and Averagekidluke will take the stage!

The City of Porvoo’s New Year celebration will be held at Kokonniemi Event Park on December 31 from 6 PM to 8 PM. There will be mood-lifting music and dance performances. The evening will start with bilingual, engaging songs by Robin Rekku and Jekkuorkesteri, aimed at the youngest family members.

Dance groups from Taidetehtaan Dance School will also perform on stage with energetic shows. The evening’s atmosphere will be elevated by performances from top artists Cledos and Averagekidluke. The event will conclude with a pyro show. DJ Vesku Y will ensure that the atmosphere remains lively throughout the event. The hostess for the evening is Katarina Lind.

During the event, the restaurant Hölmö Pulu will be open for visitors, and there will be food sales in the area. The ski slope will close at 4 PM on New Year’s Eve.

There are limited parking spaces in the area, and due to safety arrangements, part of Kokonniementie will be closed to traffic.

We recommend arriving on foot or using public transportation. The area will be monitored by Southern Finland Security Services, and VPK Hintahaara-Boe will handle traffic arrangements.
