Kråkö Bryggeri is organizing the immensely popular rosvopaisti feast for the second time. Delicious side dishes and cold drinks will be served with the rosvopaisti.
A rosvopaisti feast is a unique and traditional Finnish culinary experience that offers visitors a taste of authentic Finnish culture and cuisine. A fire is built in the ground warming up stones that cook the meat. The meat, usually pigs meat, is then lowered down and cooks for several hours making it immensely tender and juicy.
At 4:00 PM, the roast will be lifted from the pit with a tractor, after which the serving begins. The evening’s performer is the band 6PM Not Too Late, who will start playing from 6:00 PM onwards.
