Soundbath with shaman drum in the Old town of Porvoo

Welcome to the fullmoon soundbath with a shaman drum on sunday 13.4.2025 at 17.30-19 at the AngeLight Creations – healing space in the old town of Porvoo.

The soundbath with a shaman drum is a gentle and deeply relaxing experience where I play the shaman drum near the participants. The fireplace brings a cozy addition to the atmosphere.

The soundbaths with a shaman drum start with intention setting and an easy breathwork practise to prepare for the drumming relaxation journey.

From there I will play the shaman drum for approximately an hour. After the soundbath there is time for voluntary sharing in the closing circle and a writing exercise that helps to bring more clarity.

The sound and the vibrations of the shaman drum is healing and grounding. It can strengthen your energy, bring mental imagery, and help you connect deeper with your heart. The shaman drum is relaxing due to its natural and deep sound.

The space has yogamats, blankets and pillows and a magical ambiance so you can come just as you are.
