Book an appointment and visit the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (Registry Office) to register yourself and your family members. Get a personal ID for each family member.
Buy a local mobile phone card
The fastest and easiest way is to purchase a prepaid subscription. It can be purchased, for example, from a local R-kioski. The most common phone operators in Finland are Telia, Saunalahti, DNA, and Elisa.
